RNK Insurance Services INC, a U.S.-based insurance company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team!
We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and communicative individual to provide high-quality support to our U.S. clients during their business hours.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Age: 21–45
- Fluency in Russian and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
Working Hours:
- Night shift only (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, aligned with U.S. time zones)
- Full-time position
Salary & Benefits: 1000 – 1500 AZN NET (based on experience)
Holiday bonuses
Transfer provided from office to home after shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide clear and accurate information about insurance services, policies, and procedures
- Assist with billing issues, claims, account updates, and document requests
- Document all client interactions thoroughly in the system
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain a calm, courteous, and service-oriented tone, even in challenging situations
- Collaborate with other departments such as claims, billing, and underwriting
- Adhere to internal processes and uphold service quality standards
