Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies aligned with company growth objectives and travel industry trends
  • Lead the sales team to hit revenue targets while identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
  • Partner with marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Design and manage competitive pricing strategies for corporate business, adjusting as market conditions evolve
  • Leverage data analytics to inform decisions on customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning
  • Own revenue forecasting and budgeting, tracking performance and adjusting as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CEO, CFO, CMO, operations, tech, and customer service teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing revenue team with a culture of innovation and accountability

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Proven track record in revenue leadership, sales, or business development within the travel industry
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate market trends into actionable revenue plans
  • Deep knowledge of travel industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer expectations
  • Proficient in data analysis and converting insights into growth strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to hit targets and drive profitability
