Sales & Business Development Manager

FNK Services and Consulting is looking for a motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's client portfolio.
  • Conduct meetings, negotiations, and presentations of company services.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
  • Proficiency in Russian; English is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office applications.
