Sales & Business Development Manager
FNK Services and Consulting is looking for a motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's client portfolio.
- Conduct meetings, negotiations, and presentations of company services.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business development.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in Russian; English is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office applications.
