Logistics Specialist

Multi Vec LLC is an international logistics company specializing in freight forwarding and multimodal transportation across China, Europe, CIS, and Central Asia. We are expanding our operations and are looking for a reliable and well-organized female professional to manage front office and administrative functions.

Conditions:

  • Location: Baku
  • Working Schedule: 5 days a week
  • Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:30

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the transportation of import, export, and transit cargoes, including thorough research of freight rates and terminals usage conditions;
  • Obtain accurate cargo information from clients and suppliers, collect and verify the accompanying documentation for orders, and maintain proper archiving of documents;
  • Facilitate contracts for transportation, forwarding, and other related services;
  • Prepare regular reports on shipments;
  • Regularly improve geographical and other relevant knowledge to compare tariffs of various routes.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of logistics;
  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge of container transportation is an advantage;
  • Analytical and logical thinking skills;
  • Experience in logistics planning and organization;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
  • Extensive knowledge of wagon and container transportation;
  • Strong sales skills.
