Senior Sales - AI Solutions & Consulting
Responsibilities
- Full sales cycle for AI services and consulting: from lead sourcing and qualification through to contract signing
- Deep research into the client's business model, processes, and pain points (discovery)
- Developing individual value propositions and business cases (including ROI justification) for decision-makers — CTOs, CIOs, heads of business units
- Preparing and delivering presentations and demos for C-level audiences
- Applying SPIN and Account-Based Selling methodologies with key accounts
- Growing sales across Azerbaijan, CIS, and international markets
- Managing deals and the pipeline in CRM, with accurate forecasting
- Working with the technical team to prepare proposals and pilot projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT services sales experience (preferably enterprise, consulting, complex solutions)
- Understanding of IT fundamentals and AI concepts; the ability to clearly articulate the value businesses gain from technology
- Proficiency in SPIN selling and Account-Based Selling (ABS)
- Confident use of CRM systems
- Skill in creating high-quality presentations
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluency in Russian, and English (English is critical for working with international clients)
- Higher education (desirable, not required): computer science, information systems, IT management
Nice to have
- Sales experience in regulated industries (banking, finance, insurance)
- Experience working with international clients and selling in foreign markets
- An existing network of decision-maker contacts in the enterprise segment
- Experience with LLM / GenAI-based solutions
