Personal Assistant to CEO
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO in managing his diary, the organisation of meetings and the maintenance of confidential documents and files
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, BoD, including the organisations of meetings, preparation of agendas, minutes and papers
- Active participation in office management, including handling general clerical tasks
- Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues
- Manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of experience
- Fluency in azerbaijani, russian and english languages
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment
- Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems
- Preference will be given to male candidates
