HR and Office Admistrator
Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR & Office Administrator who will combine the responsibilities of HR operations and front office coordination.
Youll support key HR processes like onboarding, documentation, internal communications, and performance tracking while also being the face of our office: greeting visitors, managing space readiness, and keeping daily workflows running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain HR files, records, and reports
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR activities such as onboarding, training sessions, internal events, and employee surveys; take meeting minutes when needed.
- Track leaves, probation, and performance documentation
- Welcome guests and manage calls, emails, and appointments
- Coordinate office supply procurement and vendor tasks
- Manage access, meeting rooms, and general office upkeep
- Support teams with document prep and admin tasks
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ year in HR support/admin/front office roles
- Strong communication in Azerbaijani, English & Russian
- Detail-oriented, discreet, people-friendly, and reliable
- Confident in MS Office and basic document systems
