Gazelli Group Ltd., created in 1999, is a family-owned cosmetics manufacturing company located in Baku, Azerbaijan. Gazelli Group has developed numerous brands that use ingredients found only in Azerbaijan and include an aspect of traditional art, poetry and culture.


The name of the company is derived from the word “gazel” – the Near and Middle Eastern form of poetry praising beauty, youth and love.


The factory is located on the outskirts of Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku. By 2006 the factory had expanded to over 10,000m2 of production space and is now capable of producing a minimum of 1 million units per month. There are now several different brands created by Gazelli Group. Gazelli has spread to cover other regions around the world. They now distribute to Russia, Turkey, Georgia and Ukraine and launched in Urban Retreat, Harrods, in September 2011.

Corporate Sales Manager (B2B/B2G)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and successfully close large-scale contracts;
  • Effectively use active sales techniques and manage the sales process from contract signing to execution;
  • Demonstrate strategic planning and organizational skills to meet set objectives;
  • Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations using tools like PowerPoint;
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure commitments to clients are fulfilled with high quality;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for sales growth;
  • Stay focused on achieving KPIs and motivated to drive long-term results and increase market share;
  • Identify and attract potential new clients to expand the customer base;
  • Monitor product distribution across channels to ensure efficiency;
  • Prepare and oversee the annual budget;
  • Negotiate pricing proposals with potential clients;
  • Prepare and manage the required contracts and documentation for corporate sales execution.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Business, Sales, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate sales;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience working with corporate clients and deep knowledge of the local market;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijan, Russian and English (upper-intermediate level is a plus)
