Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Establish time sequences based on contractual requirements and project milestones.
• Define and structure all project activities, including procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Prepare and update schedule diagrams, including critical path analysis.
• Analyze step-by-step sequences of work, ensuring timely project completion.
• Collect and assess information on manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Monitor and analyze actual project costs vs. budgets.
• Calculate and report variances between budgeted and actual expenditures.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting and structuring to ensure financial stability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for accurate progress tracking.
• Identify potential delays and participate in delay analysis and recovery planning.
• Propose cost-saving measures and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Generate periodic reports for management regarding cost and schedule performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in project planning and cost control, preferably in hotel or similar construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera (P6), MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of cost control methods, budgeting, quantity surveying, and progress measurement techniques.
• Good understanding of construction processes and technical documentation.
• Technical English – intermediate or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
