Job Description:

• Perform in-process checks and inspections during manufacturing/packaging and document the results in the relevant IPC Sheet.
• Collect samples for physical, chemical and microbiological testing.
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve quality issues, support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor critical process parameters during manufacturing and escalate deviations or out-of-specification (OOS) results immediately.
• Ensure that the production adheres to the approved batch manufacturing record (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collect a representative retained samples to the batch and store them in the retained samples store.
• Compile the BMR/BPR and make an initial review of the document.
• Perform AQL sampling for attribute for different manufacturing stages.

 Role Required:

• Higher education is not mandatory (vocational or college education is sufficient related physical, chemical and microbiological).
• 1 years’ experience related job.
• Must know Azerbaijani language, Intermediate English level
• Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work in a team
• Operational flexibility
• High communication skills
