Sabah.HUBOur Requirements:
- +1 years of experience in marketing, including branding, digital marketing;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani;
- Expertise in video content creation and storytelling;
- Strong ability to understand and align with the brand’s vision, driving effective and high-performing marketing strategies;
- Proficient in photo and video editing tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other related platforms.
Your key Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy
- Lead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all design concept;
- Provide marketing goals and objectives that align with the overall business objectives;
- Participate in implementing specific projects and procedures to align the workforce with the strategic goals
Creative management
- Create videos content plan ideas and template;
- Lead the process of organizing for production/shooting;
- Lead and creation video sceneries and synopsis;
- Create design style and direction of video content;
- Execute the video editing and montage;
- Creating monthly and one time video content for social network;
- Creating video design adaptation for several digital placement;
- Lead the process of recording video in events, conference and workshops;
- Lead and create podcast and video library;
- Lead and execute the process of photo shooting in event, conference and workshops.
Skills and Competencies:
- Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead marketing initiatives effectively;
- Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
