Night Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
- Greet and assist guests, handle check-ins, check-outs, and promptly resolve any service issues or complaints.
- Prepare and finalize nightly reports, ensuring accurate handover to the morning shift.
- Monitor hotel safety, security, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support night shift staff, providing guidance and instructions when necessary.
- Record and report all incidents or irregularities to senior management in a timely manner.
- Respond efficiently to emergencies and coordinate with appropriate external services if required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel operations or customer service (minimum 1–2 years).
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
- Language skills: Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills.
