Tredu is an extracurricular activity program that will act as a marketplace, connecting extracurricular courses and public & private schools. The main goal of the app is to create an environment through which students can attend a wide range of extracurriculars, specific to their choice, while also removing the issue of commuting. Through the app students will be able to sign up to classes, pre-scheduled by partner networks, while either staying within their school or going to a school nearby. This will be done through our agreement with the Ministry of Science & Education, allowing partner networks access to extend their services within the schools, thus providing opportunities for private players to enter a larger market and simultaneously removing the need of expanding into additional offices/locations & barriers of bureaucracy when it comes to working with public schools.

Extracurricular Program Manager
Job Summary
Excurra is looking for a proactive and mission-driven Extracurricular Program Manager to lead our extracurricular activity initiative in public and private schools. As the key leader of Excurra, you will be responsible for executing the strategic roadmap, developing and managing diverse programs, coordinating with schools and vendors, and leading a team of instructors. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for youth development and education.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the implementation of Excurra’s strategic plan in alignment with company objectives.
- Drive growth by expanding programming in current partner schools and onboarding new school partners.
- Ensure programs reflect educational trends, student needs, and market demand.
Program Development & Management
- Design, monitor, and continuously improve extracurricular offerings (e.g., robotics, coding, arts, sports, etc.).
- Oversee weekly schedules, instructor assignments, and coordination with school partners.
- Maintain program quality through structured evaluation, feedback collection, and monitoring systems.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors and school coordinators.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
- Set performance standards and foster a high-performing, mission-aligned team culture.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and parents.
- Represent Excurra in external meetings and collaborations with school and community stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with partners and align on shared goals and expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program or operations management, ideally in education, extracurricular services, or youth engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required; Russian is an asset.
