About the Role

We’re thrilled to announce our first-ever project in Baku, Azerbaijan! To lead the way, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finishing Works Supervisor an Architect or Interior Architect with a strong background in on-site execution and a deep understanding of local construction practices.

In this key role, you will oversee the entire process from subcontractor mobilization to project handover, ensuring deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and local regulations are met.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site full-time to coordinate and supervise all interior finishing works
• Prepare and share daily and weekly progress reports with our HQ team
• Ensure quality standards and design intent are preserved throughout the execution
• Serve as the key liaison between design and construction teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on site experience in interior finishing works (preferably in office, hotel, or mixed-use projects)
• Eligible to work in Azerbaijan (work permit holder or able to obtain one)
• Deep knowledge of local regulations, subcontractor workflows, and construction practices
• Strong skills in implementation details, materials, and quality control
• Proven experience in project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site leadership
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English and/or Azerbaijani is a strong plus
