BERC VLabis the innovation studio of BERC & Partners, focused on building and scaling innovative SaaS ventures with global potential. As part of our mission, we are launching cutting-edge projects powered by Agentic AI. We are now looking for a highly skilled engineer to join our Venture studio team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and enhance the Agentic AI module within a SaaS platform.
• Develop and orchestrate multiple sub-agents (performance, training, survey, policy, etc.).
• Integrate Agentic AI into end-to-end business workflows.
• Adapt and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
• Architect workflows for autonomous decision-making by AI agents.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI agents with external systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms).
• Build conversational AI interfaces (text and voice) for end-users.
• Implement robust security, ethical AI principles, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Experience):

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Python or other high-level programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of LLM technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, HuggingFace, etc.).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Haystack, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
• Database management and API integration expertise.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Experience:

• Minimum 4–5 years of Software-IT-AI experience, with at least 2 years working on AI systems.
• Experience in SaaS product development is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on background in building autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, and conversational AI.

Core Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• High accountability, precision, and result orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for building globally scalable SaaS solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment (prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of product modules.
• Strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in emerging AI and startup ecosystems.
• Product development mindset with focus on scalability and usability.
• Ability to work in a multi-language project environment (EN, AZ, RU desired).
