Aviation Services Group GHC branch is seeking a Flight Safety Specialist to join its team.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Aviation or a related field. 
• Language skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English. 
• Work experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the aviation industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of and compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS) and ISAGO standards. 
• Conduct internal flight safety audits and inspections. 
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and develop mitigation measures. 
• Investigate aviation occurrences and incidents, prepare reports, and maintain related documentation. 
• Develop safety procedures, instructions, and Safety Bulletins, and communicate them to employees. 
• Monitor the elimination of identified non-conformities and track the implementation of corrective actions. 
• Manage the flight safety reporting system and provide regular reports to management. 
• Prepare recommendations for improvements and changes in line with national and international aviation safety requirements. 

Working Conditions:

• Employment is regulated in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 
• Location: Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Baku. 
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. 
• Salary: AZN 1,350 Azn (net). 
• The company provides free shuttle transportation from various locations, including Koroglu M/s, Bakikhanov, Amirjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani, and surrounding areas.
