·The key focus for Khazar Engineering and Fabrication business is to supply Engineering, Dimensional Control, 3D Point Cloud Laser Scanning, 3D Design and Modification Modeling, 2D Automatic Isometric and Structural Generation from a 3D model, Piping and Structural Design, Piping and Structural Engineering, Fabrication and Construction services thus offering a unique combination of skills and resources.
·Khazar Engineering has made significant investments in the latest generation of survey equipment and supporting software including in-house developed FENIX mathematical survey program, ACAD packages and analytical engineering software systems. All design, engineering and fabrication works are carried out in accordance with International Standards: ANSI, ASME, API, EN & BS.
·Recently formed a Subsea Wells Services division with the main focus on the provision of highly experienced Subsea Wells Project Management and Operational personnel.

Accountant
Khazar EngineeringThis position is open to citizens of Azerbaijan due to local hiring regulations.
Work location: ISR Plaza
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable:
- Prepare and submit sales invoices to clients with all supporting documentation.
- Monitor incoming payments in line with agreed payment terms.
- Record Accounts Receivable transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable reports.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and support the collection process.
Accounts Payable:
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Record Accounts Payable transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and maintain Accounts Payable reports.
- Process payments to local and international suppliers based on management approval.
- Monitor outstanding supplier balances and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax and social reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or currently pursuing a Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, and accounting systems.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Language skills:
- Azerbaijani – Advanced
- English – Intermediate
Working conditions:
- Location: Baku city
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00
